About This Role

Forrester is seeking a highly motivated Senior Account Executive to join our Nordic region team and help expand our market presence. We are looking for a native speaker of one of the Nordic who is passionate about building relationships and delivering value to clients.

In this role, you will focus on new business development, leveraging a consultative sales approach and creative prospecting strategies to engage with top executives and their teams. By understanding their challenges and goals, you will demonstrate how Forrester can help them succeed.

You will report to the sales director for the Nordics and play a pivotal role in driving market growth while embodying Forrester’s core values of client, courage, collaboration, integrity, and quality. Joining a collaborative team environment, you’ll have the opportunity to grow professionally and financially while contributing to shared success.

Job Description:

  • Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities within the assigned territory to expand Forrester’s market influence.
  • Develop and execute targeted prospecting strategies using tools like social media, industry events, and personal connections.
  • Effectively prioritize time to focus on activities that drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed growth objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proven track record in business development and account management, with expertise in complex solution sales.
  • Experience developing personalized sales strategies for new business acquisition and account growth, particularly within manufacturing and financial services sectors.
  • Ability to engage confidently with C-level executives, demonstrating integrity and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and one Nordic language.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends in customer experience, marketing, and business technology.
  • A team player with a growth mindset, committed to collaboration and collective success.
