  • Proven track record developing and advancing complex, multimillion-dollar B2B opportunities with sophisticated customers such as hyperscalers, colocation providers, utilities, developers, EPCs, or large industrial counterparties.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including experience shaping value propositions, influencing deal strategy, and supporting solution-based sales for complex infrastructure or energy-related offerings.
  • Demonstrated experience in BESS systems, data center electrical infrastructure, or related power system applications, with the technical fluency to engage credibly on topics such as load profiles, interconnection, MV/LV systems, controls/integration, and resiliency.
  • Exceptional communication, executive presence, and cross-functional influence, with the ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and earn trust with both commercial and technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, energy systems, or a related field required.
  • Advanced degree or relevant technical/commercial experience preferred.

Additional Skills

  • Strong interest in or working knowledge of BESS technologies, grid services, and utility market dynamics, especially as they relate to speed to power, resiliency, and flexibility for data center customers.
  • Solid understanding of data center electrical infrastructure and project delivery, including datacenter power systems challenges and technical solutions, MV/LV distribution, substations, backup power interfaces, protection concepts, and commissioning.
  • Experience working with technical buyers and translating customer requirements into commercially actionable solution strategies.
