About This Role:This role will report to our Head of Delivery Operations and work cross-functionally to support the company's delivery operations and ensure that every customer has a great experience! As an integral part of the operations team, the Operations Coordinator will have the opportunity to impact all aspects of operations, with the focus on inventory management, delivery optimization in OnFleet, and providing support to drivers completing deliveries. The job is perfect for someone with experience in a fast-moving environment who takes initiative and learns quickly.
You are a hard-working, self-starter who can excel in high-pressure situations. You are detailed-oriented, learn quickly, and have great communication skills. You can multi-task and adapt quickly to changing circumstances and unforeseen obstacles. You understand the importance of teamwork and enjoy working with others. You identify opportunities to improve, and you tackle them independently. You’re curious about learning final mile operations and transportation compliance for cannabis. You’re excited about being on the front lines of an emerging market and learning about cannabis!
Responsibilities:*Handle the bread and butter, day-to-day aspects of the role: *
  • Build, montior, and adjust routes in OnFleet
  • Provide real-time support for drivers completing deliveries to customers
  • Work with the rest of the Operations team to ensure all of our customers have a great user experience
  • Understand and compliance regulations to all aspects
  • Count cash accurately
  • Multi-task effectively
  • Quickly adapt to changes in processes / model

  • Identify trends in areas of friction or unmet needs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Approach developing solutions creatively
  • Contextualize operational changes within the context of company and team initatives, and in a compliant manner
  • Implement operational changes, and iterate quickly based on feedback


  • Must be comfortable handling large amounts of cash
  • Proficiency in technology, especially Excel / Google Sheets
  • Highly adaptive and quickly able to learn new software and technology
  • A can-do, optimistic attitude
  • Can multi-task in a high-pressure environment effectively
  • Self-motivated, responsible and adaptable
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfortable interacting with customers, partners and third-party vendors on the phone
  • Comfortable sharing feedback to drivers
  • Available to work afternoon/evening shifts, including weekends
  • Comfortable lifting up to 50 pounds if needed
