Project Manager - Internal AuditLocation
Nationwide, MI 48098Job Summary
This role will be responsible for project managing multiple key strategic projects and processes simultaneously for the Internal Audit department, handling all aspects of a project’s lifecycle, including planning, reporting to senior management as well as implementation. The candidate will participate with senior management in the planning and prioritization of short-term initiatives and long-term initiatives. This role will also participate in designing and implementing business process improvements and automation.Pay Range: Local Minimum Wage - $0.00 - $0.00Job Responsibilities:
- Management and tracking of strategic projects and processes
- Planning with senior management on initiatives
- Report / make recommendations to senior management on strategic projects and processes
- Implement business process improvements and automation
- Gather / compile data for management and/or committee reporting
ADDITIONAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Performs special projects, and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
- Consistently adheres to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job as listed and complete required compliance trainings. Accountable to maintain compliance with applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum experience required: 2+ Years of project management experience.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate Degree (4 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or related.
- College, Vocational or Associates Degree (2 years or equivalent) in business, finance, or related and 2+ years of Project Management experience.
- Experience with Internal Audit program and processes
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
- Intermediate Power BI proficiency
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

- Demonstrated experience in process improvement and gaining efficiencies.

- Must possess demonstrated organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
- Limited potential for travel to other office sites for team meetings; conferences
