Requirements
- 1-3 years of video and photo production experience as a Coordinator, Production Assistant, or similar.
- Proven experience coordinating photo and video production logistics from pre-production through post-production.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at one time with competing priorities.
- Strong sense of proactivity.
- Proficient and knowledgeable in travel coordination and booking.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple productions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy across schedules, budgets and production documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills – you have the ability to translate a pile of information or data into clear and actionable logistics.
- Ability to problem-solve quickly and remain calm in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
- Familiarity with production workflows, crew coordination, call sheets, shot lists, etc.
- Experience using project management platforms such as Monday.com
- Comfortability in speaking with freelance photographers, videographers, and other crew members.
- Understanding of social media content workflows and content production timelines is a plus.
