You'll run all our customer-facing teams after a customer has purchased, focusing on automation, AI, and exceptional talent.
Requirements
- 5+ years leading in a high-calibre, high-volume D2C CX/sales/success/service/support role (or equivalent)
- Maniacal about metrics, processes, and performance
- Hiring and building a team of strictly A-players
- Excellence in meta skills, autodidact, highly organized, and calm in uncertainty
