Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates degree in Health Administration or related field (preferred)
- One year customer service or call center experience (in healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical insurance or medical billing (preferred)
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite required
