Primary Responsibilities
As part of Evolent’s Global Talent team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Partner with leaders and managers to identify skill requirements, perform skill-gap analysis, and propose learning interventions or programs.
- Act as a champion and catalyst for instilling a culture of learning in Evolent.
- Collaborate with global teams to facilitate and deliver learning experiences, including virtual instructor-led training and workshops, e-Learning and other educational resources and deliverables.
- Partner with internal subject-matter experts to curate and deliver blended learning solutions.
- Manage and maintain Evolent’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other online learning platforms in terms of updating course content, curating learning bundles, performing administrative tasks such as class administration, managing rosters, updating attendance, and preparing reports.
- Troubleshoot technical issues for employees and work with corporate learning providers and partners to resolve them.
- Develop and deliver engaging training programs, leveraging various modalities (e.g., in-person, virtual, self-paced).
- Ensure a smooth transition for new employees through effective onboarding programs.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of training programs, generate insightful reports, and analyze training data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
- Serve as the primary scheduler and communication liaison with all trainers, facilitators, and with employees
- Perform other duties, as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience.
Experience
- At least 3 to 4 years of experience in curating, coordinating and facilitating instructor-led training classes (virtual and/or in-person) for international/global stakeholders.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting enterprise-wide learning and organizational development solutions.
- Minimum of one year of experience with Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
Technical Skills
- Knowledge and understanding of adult learning and development methods.
- Experience with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate or Captivate is desirable.
- Hands-on experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) such as Absorb, Cornerstone on Demand, Saba, SuccessFactors, etc.
- Hands-on expertise in LMS administration tasks such as content management, learning management, learning event management, and LMS reporting.
- Ability to manage learning content formats such as SCORM, AICC, Tin Can, etc.
- Familiarity with Learning Experience Platforms (LXP) such as LinkedIn Learning, Degreed or EdCast is preferable.
- Ability to prepare reports, presentations, and documents using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint respectively.
- Knowledge of Power BI is nice to have although not mandatory.

Work Environment and Schedule
You will be required to work during late evening shift from 5:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST (7 AM ET to 4:00 PM ET) to ensure adequate overlap hours with stakeholders in the United States. You have the option to work from home with occasional visits to the Pune office.
