Everfield buys, builds, and grows European vertical market and specialist software companies, providing them with tools to grow. They operate with a decentralised model, supporting both their company and the European software ecosystem. This role focuses on capturing meetings for Account Executives (AEs) in Germany and other German-speaking countries, managing outbound campaigns, and updating CRM systems.

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German AND English (our work language)
  • Experience and knowledge in prospecting (cold calls, cold emails)
  • Experience in SDR position for 1-2 years
  • Experience selling ERP, CRM, or similar software
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
  • Someone who could become our product expert
