Mid/Senior Marketing Video Artist (Full Remote - Bosnia and Herzegovina)

We're looking for a Marketing Video Artist to create high-performing video ads and lead the editing and post-production process for marketing videos. The role involves leveraging AI tools, collaborating with marketing and creative teams, and staying on top of trends in short-form advertising. The ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience in video editing, proficiency with editing software, and a strong understanding of storytelling and pacing. The company offers a fully remote work environment, 4 weeks of PTO per year, and a generous learning budget.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in video editing
• Proficiency with editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong grasp of trends in NSFW/Adult content advertising
• Familiarity with advertising KPIs such as CTR, CR, CPM, and ROAS
