As a Customer Advisor Inbound Automotive, you will provide fast help to customers who experience car troubles, breakdowns, or accidents. The role involves taking phone calls, coordinating help measures, and communicating with insurance companies and service providers. The position is 100% home office-based, and the ideal candidate will have excellent German and English language skills, as well as experience in customer service or a related field. The company offers a 5-day workweek, shift work, and lucrative shift allowances for evening and weekend work. The salary range is €2,750-€3,050 per month, plus net allowances.
