We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team:

What you’ll do:

Sourcing & Research:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for executive-level roles.

• Conduct market research to map talent markets and generate candidate profiles.

• Leverage various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, talent communities, industry-specific platforms) and tools (Boolean search, ATS, CRM) to identify top talent.

• Calibrate candidates with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment.

• Participate in client meetings and prepare reports on sourcing progress.

• Provide strategic sourcing insights and recommendations to the executive recruiting team.

• Advise on process improvements and leverage market data to refine search strategies.

Outreach & Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with executive-level candidates, including initial assessments.

• Proactively develop talent pipelines in specific industries and functions.

• Apply effective talent nurturing techniques to maintain candidate interest and engagement.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ years of proven experience in talent sourcing.

• Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements.

• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Boolean search techniques, and AI sourcing tools.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain a professional network.

• At least intermediate English (both written and spoken).
