SUMMARY:
This position will support the Festival Services team in ensuring our largest programs are staffed efficiently, within compliance, and with top-level talent. This employee will lead all communication with project managers regarding staff needs and budgeting, as well as with hired staff regarding their contracts and on-site experience. This staff member will also lead initiatives aimed at recruiting new staff to our network, which could include executing job fairs and interviews. While specifically dedicated to the Festival Service department, this position will be supported by OLE Workforce Operations Coordinators, as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet with event PMs throughout the lifecycle of an event in order to understand and build staffing needs
- Facilitate Job Fairs to find new employees in the staffing of large Events (CSC/EDC/RRX)
- Onsite presence at the above-listed events to manage our staffing opera/ons and provide support to the Programs – including time-tracking, payroll confirmations/submissions, contract changes, and applicable operations relevant to each specific program
- Build a network of Managerial and concierge staff in LA/SOCAL and Las Vegas areas
- Work with PMs to budget, forecast, and seal proper staffing costs.
- Recruit, onboard, and facilitate communica/on to staff for the event
- Communicate with staff before the event and on-site to ensure they have all the relevant information needed to complete their role
- Work directly with Admin to ensure staff travel/accommodations meet the needs of the program.
Communicate what is/isn’t included to staff as well as budget ceilings (when applicable):
o Lodging
o Rentals
o Airfare
o Uniforms
- Admin to handle booking of travel/accommodations, but Staffing to be included throughout that cycle to Provide insight on staff:
o Who should/shouldn’t be lodged together
o If anyone is overlooked in the vehicle plan based on posi/on, requirements/lodging scenario
o Timing of flights
o Flying vs driving preference among staff
o Uniform sizing & distribu/on
- Pivot with changes within the event to adjust the staff plan as needed
• Post event staff reviews & plan recap
- Posi/on also to include opera/onal involvement and advance responsibili/es surrounding the FIFA Fan Fest, as well as other new programs/opera/ons as needed, to be determined by Music Leadership

Hiring pay rates are based on a number of factors, including location and may vary depending on job-related qualifications, knowledge, skills and experience. Hiring Rate Minimum:
$75,000 annually (minimum will not fall below the applicable state/local minimum salary thresholds)Hiring Rate Maximum:
