At Eko, we’re dedicated to providing healthcare professionals with industry leading digital tools to hear and understand their patients’ hearts and lungs. With our platform, clinicians can detect cardiopulmonary disease with higher accuracy, diagnose with more confidence, manage treatment effectively, and ultimately give their patients the best care possible.
With over $165M in funding from partners like 3M and the Mayo Clinic, Eko has become one of the fastest growing digital health companies, doubling our customer base in the last year to over 500,000 clinicians across 4,000 U.S. hospitals. We’ve built a tremendously talented, diverse, and mission driven team and are proud to be certified as a Great Place to Work®. Together we are committed to investing in each other and our mission to ensure all patients have access to high quality care.
Eko is transforming how heart and lung disease is detected at the point of care. Our FDA-cleared SENSORA® platform combines advanced AI, digital auscultation, and workflow integration to empower health systems to catch cardiac disease earlier, faster, and more cost-effectively.
With the new Category III CPT code and national OPPS coverage taking effect on July 1, 2025, we’re entering a new era for SENSORA adoption. This is an opportunity to join early on a growing team and play a critical role in deepening partnerships with leading hospitals and health systems nationwide.
Reporting directly to Eko’s Chief Business Officer, this is a strategic farmer role: you’ll own and grow relationships with existing enterprise customers, ensure their success with SENSORA, and drive multi-site renewals and expansions across the health system. You’ll collaborate closely with clinical, product, and marketing teams, serving as a trusted advisor who connects SENSORA’s impact to each customer’s strategic and operational goals.

As Enterprise Account Manager at Eko, You Will:

  • Own a portfolio of large enterprise accounts, ensuring successful adoption, utilization, renewal, and expansion across departments and service lines.
  • Develop and execute account plans that define shared success metrics, stakeholder maps, and multi-year growth strategies.
  • Lead executive business reviews that highlight SENSORA’s clinical and financial value, aligning outcomes with each system’s strategic priorities (e.g., heart failure programs, value-based care, rural access).
  • Identify and close expansion opportunities in partnership with Eko’s Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Build deep, multi-threaded relationships across executive, clinical, IT, and operational stakeholders to drive engagement and advocacy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Clinical to ensure seamless implementations and measurable impact.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, providing structured feedback to influence Eko’s product roadmap and go-to-market strategy.
  • Represent Eko at key customer and industry events, strengthening long-term partnerships and brand reputation.

As Enterprise Account Manager at Eko, You Have:

  • 7+ years of enterprise account management or customer success experience in digital health, MedTech, or healthcare SaaS.
  • A proven track record managing complex health system relationships and driving 6-figure+ renewals and expansions.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to quantify ROI and clinical impact for executive audiences.
  • Deep understanding of health system procurement, contracting, and value analysis processes.
  • Experience collaborating across clinical, IT, and legal stakeholders in large enterprise environments.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and account health metrics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

What began as an idea among college classmates in 2013 has evolved into Eko Health, Inc., a pioneering force in digital health. Based in Emeryville, California, Eko is dedicated to revolutionizing how healthcare professionals detect and monitor cardiovascular and pulmonary diseases. The journey started when Connor Landgraf, during his senior thesis at the University of California, Berkeley, recognized the limitations of the traditional stethoscope in clinical settings. He envisioned transforming this symbol of healthcare into a smart device capable of early disease detection.

With the collaboration of fellow innovators Tyler Crouch and Jason Bellet, Eko emerged from various accelerator programs and quickly made waves by introducing the first FDA-cleared stethoscope that functions as both an analog and digital device. Over the years, Eko has continued to innovate, launching products that incorporate advanced features like noise cancellation and AI-supported diagnostics. Their flagship product, the Eko CORE 500™, combines high-fidelity audio with an integrated ECG, empowering clinicians to assess heart conditions faster and with greater accuracy.
