- Interest in crypto, blockchain, or open-source technologies
- Bonus: prior experience at a startup or on a crypto-native project

- Scaling backend services, APIs, or developer platforms
- Developing crypto-powered web or mobile applications
- Contributing to zero-to-one product development or ecosystem tools
