As a District Sales Manager, you will acquire new business and increase throughput of existing business through proactive sales of food and non-food products within assigned territory.
Requirements
- Build strong customer relationships and manage day-to-day aspects of customers' business with Dot
- Penetrate customer departments and management teams to build relationships and drive buy-in to Dot's value proposition
- Collaborate with brokers and direct sales representatives in the market to grow business for both Dot and customers
- Provide daily problem-solving and supply chain solutions for assigned customers
- Improve Dot's net margin profitability across assigned accounts
- Maintain accurate and effective Salesforce (CRM) management
- Manage customer deductions and resolve related issues in a timely manner
- Generate volume opportunities for Dot through National Account headquarters calls
- Apply lean thinking and tools to identify and eliminate waste in all areas of the role
