We are looking for an Integration Engineer who wants to work in an informal company where s/he can learn, contribute to product evolution and possibly have fun! This position will allow you to work on different integration projects, both for our CRM and Marketplace products.

Our HQ is based in Bologna, but you can work fully remotely from anywhere in Italy! Plus, we’ve got a bonus for the adventurers out there—you can spend up to 3 months working from other countries as well! 🌍✨

Meet the team
You’ll be part of our Integration Team, a group of 9 brilliant and fun developers who love solving problems and finding creative solutions. The team integrates our CRM and Marketplace products with hospital information systems (HIS). Department manager? Alberto, a tech wizard and all-around great guy. Your day-to-day lead? Giuseppe, a pro at onboarding and making sure you feel right at home from day one. We’re big on collaboration, learning from each other, and cracking jokes on Slack (don’t worry, memes are encouraged).

Job Description

Here’s what your days might look like:

• Building and maintaining integrations between our products and third-party software (think HIS and EHR systems).
• Designing, implementing, and supporting tools to develop, test, and monitor data exchanges.
• Becoming the go-to person for our Marketplace integration projects.
• Activating doctor profiles manually for the Marketplace—helping us bring real value to healthcare providers.

Qualifications

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have a degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related IT field.
• Know your way around PHP and relational databases (SQL is your jam).
• Understand data exchange concepts like APIs, web services, and message queues.
• Speak fluent Italian and English.
• Are comfortable with Linux and Windows environments.

Bonus Points if you’ve already worked on integration projects or have experience in the healthcare space.

🤝 What's the selection process like?

• A test to have a first taste of what you can do: we will send you a document with 2 questions and you will have 1 hour and a half to send us your answers.
• A 60-minute interview with a member of the HR team to get to know you and understand your interests and motivations.
• A 90-minute interview with the Managers of the Integrations department.
