The Director of Integration (DOI) will lead the planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise-level IT integration efforts for federal government programs. This role requires a strategic technical advisor and a bridge between business development and program execution, ensuring alignment with client objectives. The DOI will support acquisition, integration, and end-to-end operations. They will provide expertise, mentorship, and ensure seamless transitions between subsidiary and government organizations.
Requirements
- Lead or support the planning, execution, and oversight of enterprise-level IT integration efforts.
- Serve as a technical advisor to executive leadership on integration strategy and emerging technologies.
- Partner with the Growth teams and Market Leads to shape IT integration opportunities.
- Build relationships with government clients, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Support end-to-end subsidiary and/or joint venture operations and program execution.
- Mentor and develop high-performing integration teams.
