Installs, debugs, and provides technical maintenance for product and component hardware and software. Provides scheduled inspection, cleaning, and minor product repairs within an assigned territory.
Requirements
- Familiarity with Field Service Technician practices and procedures
- Incident handling, hardware repairs, cleaning and adjusting mechanical components, configuring and installing software
- Preventive maintenance, routine checks, refilling consumables
- Customer training, instructing and training customers on usage and operation of installed hardware and software
- Participation in regular hardware and software trainings
- Assistance with special projects
- Collaboration, decisiveness, urgency, willingness to change, and accountability
