Nous cherchons des personnesdisponibles pour travailler un mélange des quarts suivants (incluant les fins de semaine) :

  • Jour : 8 h à 16 h – fuseauhoraire central nord-américain

  • Soir : 16 h à minuit – fuseauhoraire central nord-américain

  • Nuit :minuit à 8 h – fuseauhoraire central nord-américain

Ce poste demandeune bonne flexibilité pour travaillerdifférents quarts, incluantsoirs et fins de semaine.

Une excellente maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle, en plus du français, puisque ce poste implique la gestion de contenus et de comptes en anglais et en français, ainsi qu’une collaboration étroite avec des équipes internationales.

Ce quetuferas au quotidien

  • Modérer les commentaires et y répondre sur les plateformessociales des clients, enrespectantleurton et voix de marque.

  • Rédiger du contenuréfléchi et engageant pour stimuler les conversations et augmenter l’engagement.

  • Contribuer à maintenir des communautésenlignesécuritaires, respectueuses et alignées avec les directives des clients.

  • Identifier et escaladerles enjeux, tendances ou insights à l’équipe interne au besoin.

  • Développerunecompréhensionsolide des marques clientes : stratégie, ton, public cible.

About the Role

We’re a fast-growing team looking for bilingual (English and French) social media professionals who enjoy engaging in online conversations, creating content that connects, and helping foster digital communities that are safe and welcoming.

We’re looking for team members who are available to work a mix of the following shifts (including weekends):

  • Days: 8AM–4PM North American Central Time

  • Evenings: 4PM–12AM North American Central Time

  • Overnights: 12AM–8AM North American Central Time

This role requires flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Advanced proficiency in English is essential, in addition to French, as this role involves managing English and French-speaking content/accounts and collaborating closely with global teams.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Moderate and respond to comments across client social channels using their unique brand voice

  • Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement

  • Help maintain online communities that are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines

  • Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed

  • Build a strong understanding of client brands, including their strategy, tone, and audience

What You Bring to the Table

  • Strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in English and French with strong cultural awareness

  • Experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging

  • Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences

  • Familiarity with all major social platforms such as Facebook (account use may be required depending on client needs)

  • Ability to engage with a variety of content topics (e.g., tech, retail, food, hospitality, tourism, health, pharma)

  • Strong organizational skills, reliability, and excellent customer service instincts

  • Access to reliable, high-speed internet suitable for remote work

The hourly pay range for this position is $16.60 to $19.70 CAD or the minimum wage in your province of residence - whichever is higher.
