What you will enjoy working on:

  • Helping new customers with onboarding and successful deployment during their first 30 days on the Deel platform

  • Becoming an expert user of the Deel platform so that you can deliver training to customers and provide credible guidance on features and functionality

  • Partnering with internal teams, including Sales, Support, Operations, Product and Engineering, to deliver the best customer experience

  • Suggesting ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows through process improvements and product automation

You will be successful if:

  • You have 2-5 years experience in a Customer Onboarding or Customer Success role supporting a B2B SaaS product

  • You are focused, action-oriented, and always anticipating next steps: a natural project manager

  • You have high attention to detail and can design an organized, effective onboarding plan and schedule for clients

  • You enjoy teaching others, be it a customer or a colleague 

  • You are customer obsessed and have significant experience building customer relationships

  • You are a team player, and enjoy working on a diverse team.

  • You are driven, think on your feet, and thrive in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

  • You have the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and data in written, presentation, and verbal formats to customers and team members.

  • You are based in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region

  • You have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones

  • You have experience working on a remote team 

  • You have experience working at a high growth start-up or scale up

  • You have Fintech or HRtech experience

  • You are multilingual

One of the biggest changes in the workforce has been the rise of onboarding remote contractors all over the world as a way to help businesses grow. This trend is present whether it's a shared economy company or a fully distributed team.
