GENERAL PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Describe the primary purpose or scope of the job. What must be accomplished and why is it performed.
- Serve as M365 Purview and any other internal tools workflow owner, including managing processes, training, and documentation
- Coordinate with IT and other eDiscovery Teammates to ensure all preservation and collection efforts are enforced
- Serve as a technology delivery manager for Relativity and/or collection tool use in house
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure all preservation and collection efforts are enforced
- Manage Legal Hold Project manager and other eDiscovery professionals focused on preservation and collections
- Provide guidance on preservation and collection best practices
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure established project deadlines are met
- Communicate expectations for scope and deadlines to internal and external stakeholders
- Assist in evaluation of eDiscovery related technology
- Supporting eDiscovery Sr. Director in high profile matters
- Advise in-house and outside counsel regarding best practices related to efficient technology use for processing and review
- Continuing to understand and be the subject matter expert in eDiscovery and associated technology

Level III – Moderate noise (e.g., business office with computers or printers, light traffic). This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $110,000.00 - $161,000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired, they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.New York Exempt: New York City and Long Island: $64,350.00/year, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $64,350.00/year, Remainder of New York state: $60,405.80/year New York Non-exempt: New York City and Long Island: $16.50/hour, Nassau, Suffolk, and Westchester counties: $16.50/hour, Remainder of New York state: $15.50/hourWashington Exempt: $77,968.80/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $17.66/hour, Burien: $21.16/hour, Unincorporated King County: $20.29/hour, Renton: $20.90/hour, Seattle: $20.76/hour, Tukwila: $21.10/hour, Remainder of Washington state: $16.66/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details, see the following link: DaVita.jobs/WageRates
