What You'll Do:
- Travel extensively (80%+) to customer sites to assess medical waste programs.
- Collect and analyze site-specific data, including container tracking and measurements.
- Identify staging and storage areas for service stock and installation products.
- Evaluate data to recommend efficiency improvements and flag risks for implementation.
- Obtain measurements and pictures of staging and storage areas as needed.
- Support installation teams as needed and perform additional duties.
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in a healthcare environment, medical waste or EVS.
- Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accountability.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills, specifically Excel.
- Willingness to travel 80%+ with overnight stays.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience with solid waste or shredding programs.
- Advanced organizational and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing situations and limited data.
Work Environment:
- Regular air travel and overnight stays required
- Extended periods of time on your feet walking customer sites
- Regularly spends time in a healthcare environment at acute care facilities
- Work from home office when not traveling
