About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- Website Operations & Optimization
- Own day-to-day management of our HubSpot website, ensuring uptime, security, scalability, and compliance.
- Partner with IT, Product, and Marketing teams to manage the web roadmap and backlog, contributing to strategy, planning, and execution.
- Oversee all stages of website improvements, from content entry to design enhancements, development, technical SEO, and QA, managing handoffs and upholding standards at every step.
- Act as the main SME and advocate for all things web, serving as a liaison with stakeholders and team members across the business.
- Manage integrations between HubSpot and other core systems (Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).
- Collaborate with SEO/Content Lead to implement updates, publish, and measure website performance.
- Establish and document website standards and requirements
- Content Management & Development
- Responsible for building new webpages in HubSpot.
- Partner with marketing team to publish and optimize content across web properties.
- Maintain governance over site content for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment.
- Technical Performance & Site Health
- Ensure site performance meets standards for page speed, Core Web Vitals, and overall user experience.
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement technical improvements.
- Maintain accessibility compliance and audit the site regularly for errors, broken links, or security gaps.
- Oversee site maintenance, plugin updates, and ensure the back end is technically sound, aligned with best practices.
- Evaluate web-specific martech stack: Are we maximizing existing tools? Are there better options to meet our needs? Are plugins current and valuable?
- Measurement & Analytics
- Own holistic web reporting and dashboards.
- Analyze site data to provide optimization opportunities, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Tell the “story” of site performance and visitor behavior in a way that drives decision-making.
- Evaluate ROI and effectiveness of updates within a continuous improvement model.
- Monitor key site health metrics (speed, load time, uptime) and drive enhancements.
- Project Management (Marketing-Wide Initiatives)
- Lead project management for Tier-1 marketing initiatives (e.g., website rebuilds, product launches, analyst relations, major events).
- Develop timelines, milestones, and accountability frameworks across cross-functional teams.
- Keep stakeholders aligned, spanning marketing, product, IT, sales, and external vendors.
- Standardize processes for project tracking, reporting, and accountability.
- Maintain centralized dashboards and provide regular updates to leadership.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing operations, website management, or project management (HubSpot CMS, Monday.com experience strongly preferred).
- Proven success owning and optimizing large-scale B2B websites, ideally integrated with Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Strong technical understanding of web systems, security protocols, SEO, analytics, and integrations.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills — you keep projects moving and stakeholders aligned.
- Experience managing vendors, agencies, and internal partners in a matrixed environment.
- A “builder” mindset: you thrive on creating structure, improving processes, and scaling systems.
- PMP, Agile, or related project management certification a plus.
