General Property- Digital Loss Adjuster

As a Digital Loss Adjuster, you will be assigned a range of Domestic and Commercial losses, to work with customer’s and client’s utilising our digital tools to find the best route of settlement to their claim. The role will be home based with occasional travel required depending on business needs.

Requirements

• Support valued clients in proactively handling and settling a mixed caseload of property claims, up to the value of £100k.
• Establish client relationships through management and delivery of SLA's and KPI's, in addition to proactive Client and Broker interaction.
• Liaise with colleagues within different business areas, such as Casualty, Major & Complex Loss, Contractor Connections and Legal depending upon the nature of the claim.
