The International Chief Technology Officer will lead the International IT function, developing and managing the International Technology strategy and roadmap, and partnering with Global Shared IT to collaborate on infrastructure and enterprise technology needs.
Requirements
- Develop and manage the International Technology strategy and roadmap
- Partner with Global Shared IT to collaborate on infrastructure and enterprise technology needs
- Develop and implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and cost reductions within international IT
- Ensure international technology initiatives comply with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, governance, and regulatory requirements
- Partner with enterprise data and AI leaders to enable international and regional analytics capabilities, and the governed adoption of AI and automation
- Drive simplification, standardization, and modernization across the international application and integration landscape, reducing fragmentation and technical debt
- Own international IT financial performance, including budget planning, forecasting and cost optimization
- Be a thought partner to IT shared service and other IT global service line leaders on key technology enabled opportunities and challenges
- Evaluate technologies to manage complexity, increase business agility and evolve the technical platform to align with changing business strategy, growth and future needs while improving overall business processes and gaining efficiencies
- Help set the vision for international technology development and growth, ensuring that the technological resources meet short and long-term needs of the business
- Provide leadership with an appetite and energy for moving things forward at a rapid pace of growth, while ensuring that practices in place are setting the business up for long-term success
- Participate in steering committees for large and complex international business IT projects to ensure overall alignment
- Chair Investment Review Board for all International capex based projects preparing cost-benefit analysis, risk and control analysis
- Provide direction and leadership to development and product team members to design, implement and revise the required architectural structure to meet the business's current and future needs
- Provide timely communication to leadership regarding current projects, aligning to future business needs, problem resolution, technology budgets, timeframes, and other status updates
- Uphold the Crawford Code of Conduct and ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state and federal regulations and laws governing business operations
- Consult and advise the international CEO and business leadership on technology needs, challenges, and opportunities
- Continually evaluate business and technology opportunities, identify best practices, and implement as appropriate to drive continuous improvement
- Assess, identify, recruit, and retain talent to grow technical expertise on current programs and build talent for future program proposals and execution
