We are looking for a full-time, permanent Lead Web Developer to take ownership of our web platform, its technical evolution, and the team behind it. As a Lead Web Developer, you will ensure performance, stability, scalability, and code quality are consistently high, and that new requirements are implemented in a clean, sustainable, and transparent way.

Requirements

  • Experience with agentic coding
  • Hands-on experience with headless CMS solutions (e.g. PayloadCMS, Contentful)
  • Strong understanding of Static Site Generation (SSG) and Server-Side Rendering (SSR), especially with Astro and SvelteKit
  • Confident working with agile software development processes (Kanban, Scrum, or similar)
  • Ability to take technical ownership and make well-founded architectural and technical decisions
  • Very good command of both German and English
