What Youll Do
As an Onboarding Account Manager (OAM), you will be the first point of contact after contract signing, guiding clinics through the transition to ClinicMind. Youll:
Build relationships that balance empathy and accountability
Conduct Getting Started and Check-In calls to manage expectations and progress
Develop tailored onboarding plans and coach clients through training milestones
Coordinate with Billing, Training, and Support teams to ensure seamless setup
Track progress using Salesforce and manage follow-up tasks through the ClinicMind Task Manager
Celebrate graduation when clients achieve independence and system mastery

Works collaboratively and embraces feedback as part of continuous improvement
Minimum Requirements
A positive feedback or performance review from current supervisor
At least 30 days of onboarding shadowing experience within ClinicMind (if not yet in an OAM role, you can transfer to our team, complete this training, and then be considered for an official AM offer)
Strong understanding of ClinicMind's onboarding lifecycle and client engagement tools
Familiarity with Salesforce, Google Workspace, and Zoom
