Base Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 DOE
Summary
The Senior Talent Acquisition Manager serves as the strategic leader of Clarity Clinic’s Talent Acquisition function, with primary responsibility for recruitment across the Medication Management and Corporate departments. This role oversees full-cycle recruitment and drives strategies that strengthen Clarity Clinic’s employer brand, ensure hiring excellence, and meet defined growth objectives. While directly managing key searches, the Senior Talent Acquisition Manager also flexes across all departments as needed to maintain organizational hiring standards and meet service level expectations.
This position partners closely with executive leadership, Billing/Credentialing, and HR to coordinate start dates and ensure seamless onboarding, factoring in credentialing requirements and external agency timelines such as the IDFR. They also lead Recruitment Marketing efforts, ensuring the brand is well represented across digital platforms and that vendor partners meet performance metrics. The role is remote but Chicagoland-based, requiring periodic travel to Clarity Clinic sites and universities to build relationships that enhance long-term talent pipelines and support the organization’s mission of delivering exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination) across multiple functions, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreement (SLA) standards and excellence in delivery.
- Serve as a strategic talent advisor for Medication Management positions (Psychiatrist, Psychologist, Advanced Practice Providers, and Psychological Testing roles) and Corporate Departments (Operations, Billing/Reimbursement, and Administration).
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with the organization’s short- and long-term growth plans and hiring forecasts.
- Oversee Recruitment Marketing initiatives, ensuring Clarity Clinic’s employer brand is accurately and compellingly represented across all job boards, digital platforms, and external partnerships.
- Manage and evaluate relationships with job board and advertising partners (e.g., Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter), holding vendors accountable for performance metrics such as Cost Per Click (CPC), Cost Per Application (CPA), and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and professional associations to create sustainable pipelines for clinical and administrative talent.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to assess talent needs, align on timelines, and ensure proactive communication throughout all stages of the hiring process.
- Understand credentialing requirements and timelines for each role type; coordinate start dates in alignment with the Billing/Credentialing teams and external agencies (e.g., IDFR) to ensure timely and compliant onboarding.
- Partner closely with Billing/Credentialing and HR teams to monitor credentialing progress of all new hires, proactively identifying delays or risks and adjusting start dates as necessary to support seamless onboarding.
- Analyze talent acquisition metrics and continuously refine processes to improve efficiency, quality of hire, and time-to-fill.
- Champion Clarity Clinic’s culture and values, ensuring every candidate’s experience reflects the organization’s mission and commitment to exceptional care.
- Collaborate cross-functional with HR, Operations, and department leaders to forecast and fulfill workforce needs, including strategic growth initiatives.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment dashboards, maintaining real-time visibility into hiring metrics.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to recruiting coordinators or junior recruiters as needed, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Talent Acquisition function.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 5 in healthcare or high-growth, multi-site environments.
- Proven experience managing senior-level requisitions and executive relationships.
- Demonstrated success in achieving measurable hiring goals and improving recruitment metrics.
- Exceptional organizational skills, detail orientation, and ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; capable of confidently interacting with all levels of leadership.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), such as Rippling, Microsoft Office Suite, Indeed and recruitment analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- PHR/SPHR certification or equivalent HR credential.
- Experience developing university partnerships or clinical internship pipelines.
- Prior experience in healthcare or behavioral health recruitment strongly preferred.

- Negotiations - Works with candidates and hiring managers to reach mutually beneficial agreements and negotiates job offers and compensation packages that align with the company's compensation philosophy
- Sourcing - Utilizes advanced sourcing techniques and tools to find qualified candidates. Engages in activities to attract and engage top talent.
- Stakeholder Management - Collaborates with department heads to understand hiring needs and priorities while building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and other stakeholders.
- Technology - Optimizes the use of technology to streamline the recruitment process within the available systems and tools.
- Time Management - Efficiently manages time and priorities to meet recruitment goals with multiple open requisitions in different departments.
- Administration - Ensures timely and efficient reporting of recruitment numbers to upper management and maintains accuracy of all information on dashboards and tracking documents.
- Metrics and Analysis - Uses key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure recruitment success and analyzes data to identify areas for improvement and optimize the talent acquisition process.
- Recruitment Strategy - Understands the organization's long-term goals and aligns recruitment efforts accordingly by developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy
