As a Freelance - Project Coordinator - Printing and Shipping (f/m/d), you would be responsible for:

• Project Coordination: Independently manage printing and shipping workflows, ensuring they are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Tracking & Reporting: Keep project trackers (primarily Excel-based) meticulously updated with accurate information on timelines, addresses, and file links.
• Client Interaction: Deliver clear and prompt updates using established templates; occasionally lead communication with clients.
• Vendor Coordination: Liaise with external vendors, ensuring all deliverables meet timelines and standards using predefined processes.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and actively contribute to meetings focused on improving workflows and execution.
• Accountability: Take ownership of assigned tasks, manage your time effectively, and follow through with minimal supervision.

We would like you to have:

• Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented, with the ability to manage complex, multi-step processes.
• Skilled in working with multiple trackers and consolidating large volumes of information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with project management tools such as Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Able to work independently, prioritize effectively, and stay organized under pressure.
• Enthusiastic about learning and contributing to a collaborative, cross-functional team.
