What will you be doing?
The Media Delivery Manager focuses on providing comprehensive insights to our clients by analyzing the impact of digital and other media on shopping and purchasing patterns. Do you enjoy analyzing and interpreting media and digital data trends/patterns? Can you translate data into meaningful solutions for clients? Can you plan and focus your time to manage and deliver data extracts and reports? Can you work in a fast-paced environment? This position for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Advanced Analytics Skills
- Consistently analyzes and interprets data trends and patterns, and translate these into coherent insights, actions and recommendations creating client value.
- Familiarity with and the aptitude to apply statistical techniques to address business questions.
- Experience with pixels, log files, or other exposure data assets related to digital advertisement measurement.
- Experience communicating with DSPs/Ad Servers/Publishers in the digital marketing space as it relates to implementing pixels or receiving ad exposure log files.
- Has the foresight to identify possible issues and take action to mitigate them.
- Takes ownership of projects and holds oneself accountable to meet agreed upon timeline and quality standards.
- Must be able to effectively plan, coordinate and manage time and maintain focus in a highly charged environment, managing competing priorities against tight deadlines
- Demonstrates effective team behaviors including informing others of relevant information, supporting team decisions, encouraging others to share ideas, effectively resolving conflicts, and establishing common client focused goals.
- Adapts well to change and remains calm under pressure
Requirements
- The successful candidate should have a bachelor’s degree.
- Ideally, the applicant should have 2-4 years of work experience in media, with specific focus on digital and website analytics, Ad Tech, Ad Operations, Marketing Science, Marketing Mix Analysis, and/or Media Analytics.
- The candidate must also have experience providing analytical solutions and business insights to create value for clients or executive level management.
- Familiarity with the CPG and/or GM industries
- Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications
- Familiarity with research studies (test/control, AB testing, mix modeling)

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is 65,000 to 80,000
