At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mid-Level Salesforce Developer to join our team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Mid-Level Salesforce Developer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our Salesforce ecosystem by executing lower-complexity enhancements and bug fixes. You will work closely with Senior Developers and Quality Assurance teams to ensure stable releases and optimal system performance, making your attention to detail vital for our mission of delivering high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute Enhancements and Fixes: Implement lower-complexity enhancements and resolve bug fixes to improve system functionality and user experience.
Maintain Salesforce: Update workflows, validation rules, and reports to ensure optimal performance and compliance with business requirements.
Collaborate with Teams: Work alongside Senior Developers and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure stable releases and seamless integration of changes into the Salesforce environment.
Support Testing and Change Management: Assist in change management processes and testing activities to validate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Experience: 2–4 years of experience in Salesforce configuration or development.
Technical Skills: Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce Flows, APIs, and Lightning App Builder.
Understanding of Change Management: Solid understanding of change management processes and testing methodologies to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Nice-to-have Skills:
Experience with Salesforce Apex and Visualforce.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
