About The Role

Our Banking and Capital Markets Engineering team is building products like our Automated Compliance Engine, that TradFI companies will leverage to access seamlessly and securely private and public blockchains, enabling their customers to interact and leverage new forms of financial products. As an engineer joining the team, you will be key in launching the new standards that will power all financial transactions in the future while reducing the complexity for financial institutions to start their blockchain journey. Your focus will be on scalability, automation, and security to support seamless product onboarding.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of tokenization while taking a product from inception to production. Collaboration across teams will be essential to ensure smooth cross-product integration with minimal disruption.

Your Impact

• Designing and building a new application that will help connect TradeFi to Web3.

• Learn more about the underlying technology in the blockchain ecosystem (Solana, Avalanche, Polygon, and Ethereum).

• Learn how to build our core products with Smart Contracts using Solidity.

• Thinking creatively about attack vectors, possible failures, and disaster scenarios, modeling them in reproducible test environments, and developing fixes

• Modeling and developing recovery behaviors within our core node software

• Implementing resilient distributed systems to achieve high reliability in a variety of blockchain environments

Requirements

• At least 7+ years of professional software development experience (Software Engineers, Senior Software Engineers, and Technical Leads are encouraged to apply)

• Experience in Golang (preferred) or any other strongly typed language (C++, Python, Java, etc.)

• Experience building in Web3/Blockchain

• B.S. or higher in computer science, software engineering, or related technical field

• Experience developing web applications/services and backend APIs

• Knowledge of systems design concepts

• Comfort and/or experience working as a remote employee as a part of a distributed team

• Ability to write and communicate effectively
