The Koch Associate Program (KAP) is a career accelerator for early to mid-career professionals with a drive to tackle our country’s most pressing challenges in more effective, principled ways. The Legal Policy Analyst supports the work of the Independent Women’s Law Center and broader IW policy team.
Requirements
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with strong analytical and research abilities
- A demonstrated interest in law, public policy, or regulatory issues (J.D. candidate, recent graduate, or equivalent experience preferred but not required)
- Ability to translate complex legal concepts into clear, accessible language
- A “yes” attitude and strong self-directed work ethic
- 0–2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to work remotely without significant daily oversight
- Willingness to travel sporadically throughout the year as needed
