We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead our team of supervisors and employees in patient support programs. The successful candidate will have experience in patient support services, healthcare, or a related field, and strong leadership and communication skills.
Requirements
- Manage, coach, lead, and mentor subordinate supervisors
- Oversee work on a daily basis and resolve day-to-day problems
- Build customer relationships and interpret customer needs
- Communicate with customer account managers and client requests
- Set priorities for the team and coordinate work activities
- Conduct time and capacity studies and forecast future staffing needs
- Coach and mentor supervisors and design corrective action plans
- Work within budget and financial objectives as defined by director
