Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of HR or people operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is required; familiarity with California labor and tax laws is strongly preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable, empathetic, and solution-oriented
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities
- Passionate about building culture and creating meaningful employee experiences
