Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab Telehealth Physician (Internal Medicine)

Carda Health is building a patient-centered virtual heart and lung platform and is seeking a telehealth physician to oversee initial face-to-face visits with patients and collaborate with the clinical team to screen and enroll patients into the program.

Requirements

• Board certified in Internal Medicine
• Licensed Physician in five or more of the following states
• Expertise in the management of individuals with cardiac pathophysiology
• Cardiopulmonary training in basic life support or advanced cardiac life support
• Experience prescribing and reviewing medication for cardiac and pulmonary patients
• Passion for delivering high quality care to patients
• Experience with care in a virtual setting and a desire to learn and influence new technologies
• Highly organized with the ability to create, adhere to, and scale repeatable processes
