The Admissions Team Lead is responsible for managing a team of 7–10 Admissions Counselors, ensuring they achieve their enrollment goals, and maintaining the overall operations and culture of the admissions department.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in admissions recruitment or high-volume student-facing sales environments
- Prior leadership/management experience with direct-reports
- Demonstrated ability to coach teams toward performance goals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High emotional intelligence and ability to navigate interpersonal dynamics
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
