  • Virtual screening: Conduct early-stage screening interviews via Google Meet and review one-way video interviews, to help identify high-calibre candidates for the next interview stage.
  • Interview scheduling and coordination: Manage scheduling for multiple interviews, acting as the primary point of contact for candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Candidate experience and pipeline management: Manage the candidate pipeline within the Applicant Tracking System, ensuring all candidates receive timely communication and a positive, engaging experience from initial contact through all stages of the hiring process.
  • Proactive talent pipelining: Help build and nurture a talent pipeline for future roles by conducting market mapping and candidate outreach, guided by the Talent Acquisition and Development Manager.
  • System administration: Maintain the Applicant Tracking System with accuracy, ensuring compliance and clean data for reporting and analytics.
