The role involves analytical and administrative tasks, including data analysis, process improvement, and coordination. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Data/Analytics, or a related field preferred
- 2–4+ years of experience in a coordination, operations, analyst, or client services role (professional services or startup environment is a plus)
- Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel (filters, pivot tables, basic formulas); experience managing large data sets is highly valued
- Experience working with collaboration or project management tools (e.g., Karbon, Asana, Monday.com, ClickUp, or similar)
- Demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly and adapt to evolving processes
- Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting based on trust and accountability
