Job Description:
The Marketing Support Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing the company's marketing efforts. This role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and proactive individual who is comfortable managing multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
Copywriting:
- Create engaging captions for social media, online articles, EDMs, and website copy.
- Ensure flawless grammar, spelling, and alignment with the company’s tone of voice.

Graphic Design:
- Design visuals for social media posts, articles, EDMs, email signatures, and other marketing materials.
- Perform basic photo editing and make design adjustments as needed.
- Experience with Canva is preferred.

Social Media Management:
- Manage Meta Business Suite (Facebook and Instagram) and LinkedIn accounts.
- Schedule and plan content strategically.
- Engage proactively and monitor channels regularly.

Website and EDM Management:
- Use WordPress to post articles and make basic copy/design edits.
- Utilize HubSpot to create and send EDMs, including templates and attachments.

- Apply brand guidelines consistently across platforms.
- Collaborate with team members to gather content and execute marketing briefs.
- Pitch creative ideas to improve marketing strategies.

Requirements
- Prior experience with WordPress and HubSpot (preferred).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Basic graphic design skills, with a good eye for composition, detail, and color.
- Familiarity with social media management tools like Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn.
- Experience with Canva and basic photo editing tools.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.
