Civil Engineer/Project Manager

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

• (40 hours/week), Hours align with New York job site (typically 7 AM to 4 PM or 5 PM EST) (7pm-4am or 5am PHT)

• Manage construction projects/field coordination/operations.
  
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
  
• Create and revise technical submittals and RFQs for clients
  
• Interpret construction drawings as needed
  
• Oversee project budgets and timelines, ensuring adherence to client expectations
  
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal team members to resolve technical issues
  
• Propose cost-effective alternatives for materials and methods when necessary
  
• ·Estimating (scope of work/project cost analysis)
  

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
  
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction
  
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and cost estimation
  
• Proficiency in relevant construction and project management software
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  
• Ability to read and interpret complex construction drawings and specifications
  
• Knowledge of New York building codes and regulations
  

Scope:

• Full-time position, working remotely
  
• Manage small projects as well as projects budgets exceeding $3 million
