Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenAccount Manager/Strategistto serve as the primary liaison for our clients. This role combines strategic oversight with hands-on account management, ensuring the seamless execution of campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities

• Client Management:Act as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  
• Strategic Planning:Develop, execute, and oversee marketing strategies tailored to client goals, leveraging our AI-powered solutions.
  
• Campaign Oversight:Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns, maintaining high-quality standards.
  
• Performance Analysis:Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and adjust strategies to optimize outcomes.
  
• Upselling & Retention:Identify opportunities to expand client accounts and build long-term relationships.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  
• Proven experience in account management and strategic planning within the marketing or advertising industry.
  
• Strong understanding of AI-powered marketing solutions and their application in business growth.
