PAPERWORK is NO match FOR YOU.

The Opportunity
You’ve always been the kind of person who looks at the world from every angle. You’re a natural trouble-shooter who can spot the red flag that everyone else missed. But behind all the analysis, the paperwork and the technology, you never forget that there are people who’ll be affected by your decisions.

The Team You’ve Been Looking For
Bridgewater Bank is more than a financial institution; we’re a team of passionate people who care deeply about helping others succeed. Unlike traditional banks, we have no branches. As a wholly owned subsidiary of AMA, we share a proud legacy of service and a commitment to doing the right thing for our customers, our communities, and each other. At Bridgewater Bank, you’ll be part of a nimble, forward-thinking organization where your ideas matter, your contributions are valued, and your growth is encouraged. For us, curiosity fuels innovation. We value people who are eager to explore new ideas and who are comfortable putting emerging technologies into practice. We see experience with AI‑powered tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms as a real plus - especially when it’s used to work smarter, increase efficiency, and find better ways to get things done.

  • You know your stuff when it comes to dealing with credit.
  • You work well on your own but also love being part of and collaborating in a team environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact
