United States onlyMajor Giving Officer role with a highly regarded national nonprofit, primarily remote and based in either Ohio or the Pittsburgh area. Total compensation package up to $136,250 (including base + bonus potential + benefits), with potential flexibility based on experience.
Requirements
- Approximately 3 to 5+ years of major gifts fundraising experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred; additional experience in lieu of a degree will be considered
- Experience with individual gifts and multi-year commitments
- Demonstrated track record utilizing moves management strategies to secure at least 5-figure gifts
- Go-getter with strong business acumen
- Ability to story tell and convey the organization's mission in a way that connects with donors
- History of cultivating strong relationships with donors
- Collaborative and able to work well as part of a dispersed team
