We're seeking a Head of/Vice President of People to build and scale a high-performance organization, drive talent strategy, and lead all aspects of HR. As a critical member of the Senior Leadership Team, you'll partner directly with the CEO and executive team to drive organizational effectiveness and culture.
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience
- Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to operate both strategically and tactically
- Deep expertise in talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational design
- Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance, particularly in California
- Experience working with PEO environments and scaling HR infrastructure
