Our Smily team is looking for its next Partnerships Manager !
We need someone with the right mix of autonomy, enthusiasm, and solution-driven attitude to get the job done; and of course a great positive Smily energy!
You have a good understanding of IT (API, SaaS softwares, technical integrations...) and you love building long lasting relationships to make the most of a partnership: delivering more value to clients and contributing to the company’s success is something exciting for you.
You are rigorous, committed and you like to lead projects. You really care about getting things done until success is proven.
Our Partnership Manager is highly contributing to our notoriety in the industry. You will be the first point of contact for partners at Smily and a representative of our company within the vacation rental industry.
For this position, you will be Responsible for:
contract negotiations, building business cases, project management, partnership marketing (with the help of the marketing team), follow up meetings with the partners, leading actions to maximise and boost partnerships results.
You’re a very good team player as well: you’ll be collaborating with our Top Management, Product, Development, Customer Success, Account Management, Marketing Sales teams to bring continuous improvements to our processes offerings.

- Build long lasting relationships with our existing and future partners (third part companies of our vacation rental industry) by actively discussing with them, thinking of solutions, meeting with them in their offices or on events
- Leading projects on a long term basis with different teams (Legal, Product, Development, Marketing…) from our company and our partners)
- Maximize the revenue through Partnerships
- Always listen to the market and to the clients to choose the right partners to provide them with constant added value
- Ensure the partners integrations are always up to date and easy to use for our clients
- Participate in on-site industry events (VRWS, Scale Rentals, Conciergeries Locatives de France “CLF” congress...) and meetings with partners in their offices to build real-life connections and improve our level of collaboration.

The ideal candidate: 😍
This is for you if:
- French: fluent - English: fluent, all your work must be possible in English too. All our internal communication is done in English!
- Excellent communication skills (with internal and external stakeholders)
- Strong leadership skills with an ability to move his peer and have them follow a common vision
* Analytical and quantitative skills
* An insatiable appetite for learning
- Avid curiosity for a deep understanding of our partners/customers needs
- High integrity, consistent in your work, with clear and visible set values
- Ability to think creatively and exploit business opportunities
- Marketing: package position ideas in ways that uniquely appeal to consumers
- Experience with Vacation Rental Software is a plus.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental, travel or tourism industries; desire to improve the vacation rental industry
- You master and love modern tools and are comfortable with them (Slack, Hubspot, Ringover, Google Suite...)
