Senior Director of Sales - Global MTO & PSP Markets (Crypto/Fintech/Payments)

Our client is a Singapore-based fintech group seeking a Senior Director of Sales to lead their global sales strategy within the Money Transfer Operator (MTO) and Payment Service Provider (PSP) sectors.

Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience
• Demonstrated experience with major banks, MTOs, and payment service providers
• Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and driving substantial revenue growth
• Extensive network of relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within the MTO and PSP industries
• Deep understanding of the global payments landscape
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to travel internationally as required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred
