Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in mortgage broking, credit analysis, lending operations, loan processing, mortgage settlements
• Strong understanding of Australian lending landscape, credit assessment, serviceability calculations, lender policies
• Experience handling complex deals, self-employed borrowers, non-standard lending scenarios, time-sensitive applications
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills, high attention to detail and operational accuracy
