Engineering Manager, Core Data

AuditBoard is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead our Core Data team. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance management, agile teams, and modern tech stacks. The role involves leading technical direction, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing modern tech stacks
• 2+ years managing a development team, specifically in a SaaS environment
• Modern JS Framework Experience: Familiarity with modern JavaScript frameworks (Ember is preferred, but Vue, React, Angular, etc. are valuable for front-end collaboration)
• Experience in a highly regulated, ARC (Audit, Risk, and Compliance) environment (preferred)
• Managed remote or distributed teams (preferred)
• Experience in an agile development environment and with modern project management tools (preferred)
• Strong B2B experience (preferred)
